CHCNEO is a family primary healthcare clinic that provides services for the entire family. We take most insurance, but also have a sliding scale based on household size and income so we can also provide healthcare to those that may not have healthcare insurance. We are an FQHC, and pride ourselves on making quality healthcare accessible to everyone in the community.
